Tree Planting Initiative Sees 2,000 New Trees in Western Uganda
Raise Up Hearts successfully implemented a major environmental conservation project in Western Uganda, planting 2,000 new trees as part of its ongoing commitment to climate action, community resilience, and sustainable development.
How We Helped 10 Teenage Mothers Restart School in 2024
In 2024, Raise Up Hearts took a major step toward supporting vulnerable girls and promoting education in the community by helping 10 teenage mothers return to school. This initiative was driven by the belief that motherhood should never be the end of a girl’s future, and that every young mother deserves a second chance to learn, grow, and achieve her dreams.
